We were honored to be a part of this beautiful wedding. Grace and Oliver are one of the nicest couples you will ever meet. I am truly so happy they have found each other and that they were able to enjoy this special day with their loved ones. Grace and Oliver held their full wedding events at the Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. We began shooting Grace’s getting-ready photographs in a lovely bridal suite at the venue. Grace was emotional with happiness and I could tell we were going to have some very moving, expressive images of their wedding story. When Grace and Oliver first saw each other that day, it was obvious that they were both so happy and in love. We were able to capture some very romantic bride and groom portraits of the couple on the grounds of the Ryland Inn and in front of the new Coach House building, where their event was held. Before the ceremony, we took bridal party and family photographs and then headed inside for the nuptials. The ceremony was held on the patio outside the Coach House. The couple’s church choir gave a beautiful performance and the wedding was officiated by their minister. After a tearful ceremony, the guests headed inside for an elaborate indoor-outdoor cocktail hour. Afterwards, the couple entered the ballroom and had an ethereal first dance on a dance floor filled with dry ice smoke. The effect was magical and they appeared to be dancing on a cloud. Their dance was very well-choreographed and concluded with a beautiful dip. The couple mingled with their guests as dinner was served. The cuisine at the Ryland Inn is amazing as you can see from the photos. The guests all enjoyed the evening – complete with dancing, great speeches and a hilarious bouquet/garter toss. The couple ended the night with another legendary dip and we were very pleased to capture a great shot of the finale.
