Getting Ready at Hotel Du Village
The day began with getting ready photos at Hotel Du Village, where both Sara and Jonathan prepared on site. Sara’s getting ready space was calm and light-filled, allowing our lead photographer, Massimo, to capture finishing touches, details, and quiet moments before the day unfolded. With hair and makeup completed before our arrival, we focused on natural interactions, subtle emotions, and elegant portraits that set the tone for the rest of the wedding.
At the same time, Linera photographed Jonathan getting ready nearby. Groom prep focused on simple, documentary-style moments, adjusting accessories, helping family members, and relaxed interactions before seeing Sara for the first time. Keeping everything at the same location made the timeline smooth and stress-free.

First Look and Portraits
Sara and Jonathan chose to do a first look, which gave them private time together before the ceremony and allowed for beautiful portraits around the property. The grounds at Hotel Du Village offer a variety of backdrops, greenery, stone paths, and architectural details that photograph beautifully in the afternoon light.
One especially meaningful moment was Sara’s first look with her father, captured just before family portraits. These quiet, emotional moments are often some of the most cherished images from the day.

Family Photos and Ketubah Signing
Following portraits, we moved into family photos, keeping everything organized and efficient so the experience stayed relaxed. Without a bridal party, the focus remained on immediate family and close loved ones, creating images that feel intimate and personal.
The Ketubah signing took place shortly after, offering a meaningful pause in the day. These moments are often quieter and deeply emotional, and they translate beautifully into both photographs and video.

Ceremony and Cocktail Hour
As guests arrived, our team transitioned to capturing ceremony details and setting up for video coverage. The ceremony itself was warm and personal, surrounded by family and friends. Hotel Du Village’s ceremony space provides a lovely balance of elegance and comfort, making it ideal for a heartfelt wedding like this one.
Cocktail hour followed, where we focused on candid guest interactions, food and ambiance, and quick portraits with grandparents. These moments help tell the full story of the day, capturing not just how it looked, but how it felt.

Sunset Portraits and Reception
Just before dinner, we stepped outside for sunset and golden hour photos. The soft summer light at Hotel Du Village creates a romantic glow that is perfect for relaxed, natural portraits. These images often become favorites because they feel effortless and unposed.
The reception was lively and joyful, filled with meaningful conversations, laughter, and dancing. With no table photos requested, we focused on candid moments throughout the evening, ensuring guests were photographed naturally enjoying the celebration. Cake cutting took place later in the night, wrapped up well before our scheduled departure.
