Photographers: David and Dilmurad
Venue: Midtown Loft and Terrace

First Look and Portraits
Anastasia and Josh chose to do a first look, which gave them a quiet moment together before the day picked up. These are always some of the most genuine and emotional moments to capture.
We used this time to create a strong set of bride and groom portraits before heading into the rest of the timeline. Having this built in made the entire day feel more relaxed and allowed us to work efficiently without rushing later on.

Bridal Party and Family Photos
With a large bridal party, this part of the day brought great energy. We captured a mix of classic group portraits and more relaxed, candid moments that reflected the personalities of the group.
Family photos followed, with a well-organized list that allowed us to move through everything smoothly. This structure helps keep the day on track while still allowing space for natural interactions.

Rooftop Ceremony in the Heart of NYC
The ceremony took place on the rooftop at Midtown Loft and Terrace, one of the standout features of the venue. Surrounded by city views, it felt intimate while still very much rooted in the energy of New York.
A planned dip and kiss halfway down the aisle added a fun and personal moment, and translated beautifully in the photos.
Immediately after the ceremony, Anastasia and Josh signed their marriage license, another meaningful part of the day captured as part of the story.

Cocktail Hour and Additional Portraits
During cocktail hour, Anastasia and Josh took a few moments to themselves, which allowed us to capture some more relaxed, candid portraits. Even with a full timeline, these small pockets of time often lead to some of the most natural images.
We also moved through extended family and group photos efficiently, ensuring that everyone important to the couple was documented without interrupting the flow of the event.

Reception Details and Sunset on the Roof
Before guests entered the reception, we photographed the space to capture all of the details. Midtown Loft and Terrace has a clean, modern aesthetic that photographs beautifully, especially as the light shifts into the evening.
We stepped out again for sunset portraits on the rooftop. With the NYC skyline as the backdrop and soft evening light, these images had a timeless, editorial feel and are always some of the most requested moments of the day.

A High-Energy Reception
From the moment the reception began, the energy in the room was incredible. Anastasia and Josh made their entrance directly into their first dance, setting the tone for the night.
The evening flowed into family dances, heartfelt toasts, and one of the standout moments, a surprise choreographed dance by the couple that had everyone fully engaged.
Without formal table photos, we focused on candid coverage throughout the reception, capturing guests naturally and making sure as many moments as possible were documented.

Final Moments
As the night continued, the dance floor stayed full, and the energy never dropped. We wrapped coverage knowing we had captured a complete story of the day, from the quiet getting ready moments to a packed, lively reception.
