Getting Ready at Hyatt Centric Wall Street
The morning began with preparations at Hyatt Centric Wall Street, where Brynne and her bridal party gathered for hair and makeup by the talented Amy Klewitz Beauty. Brynne wore an elegant Sareh Nouri gown from Kleinfeld, complemented by a family heirloom hairpiece and veil. Her Steve Madden shoes added the perfect modern touch to her timeless look. Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen, dressed in sleek attire from The Black Tux, prepared for the big day in an adjacent suite. The morning was filled with anticipation and excitement as final touches were put in place.
First Look and Portraits in Battery Park City
Although initially hesitant about a first look reveal, Brynne and Kevin opted for a private and intimate moment in their hotel suite before stepping outside for portraits. Despite construction around The View at The Battery, the couple took advantage of stunning locations in Battery Park City, including South Cove Park and the Battery Park City Esplanade. Their bridal party, dressed in elegant Jenny Yoo gowns and Black Tux suits, joined them for lively group photos. The florals by Poppy Flowers added soft, romantic hues to the already breathtaking scenery.
A Meaningful Ceremony at Our Lady of the Rosary
The couple exchanged vows in the historic Our Lady of the Rosary. Due to the priest’s epilepsy, no flash photography was permitted, but the natural beauty of the church provided a luminous ambiance. Maura and Co Wedding Ceremony Musicians filled the space with enchanting melodies, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for the heartfelt ceremony. After sealing their vows, Brynne and Kevin led their guests in a joyous procession to the reception, accompanied by a family member playing the bagpipes—an incredible moment that tied their personal heritage into the celebration.
Cocktail Hour with a View
Guests were welcomed to The View at The Battery for a lively cocktail hour featuring breathtaking waterfront views. Brynne and Kevin took time to capture sunset portraits on the upstairs balcony, carefully avoiding the ongoing city pier construction. Special moments included capturing photos with their grandmothers and enjoying the stunning cityscape, ensuring the iconic Statue of Liberty remained a part of their wedding album. Meanwhile, Mango Ink’s elegant stationery and signage—menus, table cards, and a beautifully designed seating chart—added a sophisticated touch to the reception decor.
A Night of Celebration
The reception was a seamless blend of elegance and excitement, with entertainment provided by Silver Arrow Band. Their lively music set the perfect tone for a night of dancing and celebration. The couple’s wedding rings, custom-designed by Sulli Jewelers, glistened as they shared their first dance and cut their wedding cake, marking the sweet conclusion of an incredible day.
