Getting Ready at The View

The day began with preparations at The View’s bridal and groom suites. Faye, assisted by her bridesmaids, had the finishing touches of her hair and makeup completed just as the photographers arrived. The room was set with bouquets, invitations, and rings, ensuring every meaningful detail was captured. Meanwhile, Dimitri photographed Evan and his groomsmen upstairs, capturing moments as they adjusted accessories and put on their boutonnieres.

A Special First Look and Bridal Party Portraits

At 4:00 PM, Faye and Evan shared a heartfelt first look outside The View. The couple’s excitement and love were evident as they embraced in front of New York’s iconic skyline. Following this, they posed for stunning portraits before joining their bridal party for group shots. Their closest friends, dressed in elegant attire, surrounded them with joy and laughter as they captured moments outside the venue.

Family Portraits and Preparation for the Ceremony

At 5:30 PM, the couple transitioned to family portraits outside The View. With an organized shot list and the help of family members, the session went smoothly, ensuring every important combination was photographed. As the sun set at 6:14 PM, Faye and Evan took a quiet moment to reflect before guests began arriving. The couple and their bridal party hid away, while the photographers captured elegant shots of the ceremony space, set against the twinkling city lights.

A Sunset Ceremony to Remember

At 6:30 PM, guests gathered for the intimate ceremony. Officiated by Larry Ge, the couple exchanged vows as the city lights shimmered in the background. Their love and commitment were palpable, making this moment one of the most touching of the evening.

Cocktail Hour and Extended Family Photos

With the ceremony concluded, guests enjoyed a lively cocktail hour from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Meanwhile, Faye and Evan dedicated time to extended family and group photos. Given the number of groups, photos were scheduled in five-minute intervals to ensure an efficient and seamless experience. Photographers captured these moments indoors, avoiding any issues with the evening light. A designated representative from each group helped coordinate, making sure everyone was present at their scheduled time.

A Night of Celebration

The reception kicked off at 8:00 PM with heartfelt speeches, delicious cuisine, and energetic music by DJ Legit from Remixologists. The dance floor was filled with love and celebration as guests enjoyed the evening. Florals by Fleur Du Mois and stationery by Caroline James NY added a sophisticated touch to the venue’s décor. Bridesmaids shined in BHLDN dresses from Anthropologie, while the groomsmen looked sharp in tailored suits from Suit Supply.

As the night drew to a close, the couple cut their cake, a perfect sweet ending to their incredible night. With every moment captured, the photographers wrapped up their coverage at 11:00 PM, leaving Faye and Evan to dance the night away with their closest friends and family.
