In a true fairy-tale wedding, Jackie and Steven married on a warm September day at Oheka Castle. We have always loved shooting at this venue and were thrilled to be able to travel back to Emma’s hometown in Long Island to spend the day with the bride and groom. Jackie looked stunning in a sweetheart gown and her elegant look was tied together with a bejeweled finger-wave hairstyle, sparkling Jimmy Choo’s, and a white rose bouquet. Stephen looked dapper in an elegant black tuxedo. Emma and Dimitri used the many fantastic photo opportunities that the venue provided to their full advantage. Jackie and Steven were such a lively and energetic couple, who were glad to explore Oheka Castle’s breathtaking grounds for photos before the ceremony. The venue has so many majestic places to capture special moments, it was a true pleasure to be a part of this day. As the guests began to arrive, they were seated on the grounds in front of a beautifully-decorated floral wall, overlooking the garden for an outdoor ceremony. With a wonderful string quartet playing, Jackie walked down the aisle in front of her closest family and friends, including their beloved Pomeranian. Guests were blessed to be able to witness the loving ceremony as Jackie and Steven said their vows. Afterwards, the bridal party and guests were led inside Oheka Castle for the cocktail hour. With such a stylish couple, it was no surprise that the reception was elegantly designed, filled with white roses and crisp white table settings. Guests then enjoyed a full array of culinary delights. Jackie and Steven relished the remainder of their special day together with a magnificent first dance and tearful mother and uncle dances, followed by vivacious merriment into the evening.
