Kym and Jason’s wedding was one of my favorite events this year. I really loved all the beautiful, handmade decorations and the striking backdrop of the Metropolitan Building. Kym’s dress was amazing too, very unique and distinctive. The couple were quite hands-on with their wedding: Kym baked the cake and wedding favors, which were delicious truffles. She also arranged all of the flowers, including the gorgeous bridal bouquet. The couple designed the graphics for the menu and escort cards and personally created all of the table numbers, which were small, painted canvases. Kym is a musician herself, so her father wrote a beautiful arrangement of the B.o.B. song, “Nothin’ on You” for their string quartet, and her brother DJ-ed the wedding. Their close friend officiated, offering heartfelt words to join their union. I hope this wedding can serve as some inspiration for you.
