Melanie and Dan, Grand Central Station Engagement Shoot

I first met Melanie about 10 years ago when I took her portrait, it was a hot and sweaty day but Melanie looked absolutely flawless, luckily she still looks the same and can still use the photo. I have worked with her on many milestones over the years, including her engagement photos. We shot at Grand Central Station and at the Campbell Apartment which is located inside Grand Central. We then went on to Central Park and Dumbo, but for the purpose of this post I will leave those shots out. I love the shot of Dan holding Melanie in her beautiful red dress while all of the commuters rush by. I achieved this by taking multiple shots and merging them together. Grand Central engagement shoots are always a great idea no mattter what the weather, or a good stop off on the way to Bryant Park or any of the many photo worthy NYC landmarks in the area.
