The Perfect Airbnb for Getting Ready
One of our favorite parts of the day was capturing Sarah getting ready at a beautiful Airbnb right next to the ocean in Laurel, NY. The natural light and scenic surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for candid and stylized photos. We especially loved the moment she popped champagne with her bridesmaids—an energetic, celebratory shot that turned into one of the highlights of the day.
If you’re planning your own wedding on Long Island or in the North Fork, we highly recommend considering your getting-ready location carefully. Airbnb properties can be a fantastic option, but it’s important to choose one that photographs well—look for natural light, clean décor, and space to move around. The house Sarah chose had all of this and more, with a view that elevated every shot.
