Sarah and Chris were married on a midsummer’s day at the historic Hasbrouck House in upstate New York. The property boasts an 18th century Dutch stone mansion surrounded by 50 acres of lush green parks and fields that provided a beautiful backdrop for this intimate wedding. Preparations for the bride and groom were made in the bridal suites on the grounds of the venue. Sarah looked beautiful in a lace dress with a colorful wildflower bouquet. Chris dressed in a navy suit to perfectly complement his bride. In front of the mansion, the bride and groom came together for their first look moment. Emma and Aaron captured the joy and love of the couple as they saw each other. The bridal photos continued with Sarah and Chris alongside their families around the sprawling green property. The ceremony was held outside in the spacious surrounds of Hasbrouck House. Guests were seated among tall colorful wildflower arrangements under the large open tent, which provided cover from a sudden summer shower. When the rain had settled, it was time for both of Sarah’s parents to walk her down the aisle to meet Chris. As he is originally from England, it was lovely to see so many of the groom’s family and friends who traveled far to show their support. It was delightful to witness a ceremony filled with love and laughter and this truly came through in the photos. The sun came out and guests continued into the main building for cocktail hour. A whimsically-decorated interior completed the scene with vintage wallpaper and decor to enrich the history of the mansion. Under the tent, the reception began for the final celebrations of the evening. Guests were treated to a delicious dinner and simply elegant wedding cake covered with wild berries, followed by an incredible night filled with love and dancing.
