We’re so proud of our team for capturing another stunning wedding, this time at the timeless Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. Our couple, Kathryn and Matthew, planned a beautifully elegant day that perfectly suited this historic venue, and the photos reflect every heartfelt moment. A Thoughtfully Planned “big Greek” Wedding Day
Kathryn and Matthew’s wedding began with getting ready photos at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Branchburg, NJ. Our photo and video teams captured the finishing touches and personal details, including the bride’s dress, accessories, and intimate moments with family members.
From there, everyone traveled to the beautiful Ryland Inn for the couple’s first look, bridal party portraits, and immediate family photos. With 13 members in their bridal party, the Ryland Inn’s spacious grounds offered the perfect setting for group shots and romantic couple portraits. The classic cars parked out front and the golden-hour light added a polished, timeless feel to the photos.
Next, we traveled to St. Anna’s Greek Orthodox Church in Flemington for a traditional religious ceremony. Greek weddings include several beautiful and symbolic rituals—such as the Crowning and the Dance of Isaiah—which our team documented with care and reverence. The couple requested a large group photo of everyone in attendance at the church, and we were happy to coordinate with the planner and priest to make it happen.
Reception at the Ryland Inn
After the ceremony, guests returned to Ryland Inn for the reception, where the ambiance shifted from traditional to festive and joyful. We captured all the elegant details during the room reveal and made sure to photograph the stunning décor and the staged cake cutting.
Greek dancing and heartfelt speeches kept the energy high throughout the evening. Though the couple opted not to do formal table photos, our photographers worked the room capturing candids and posed moments so no one was missed. One of our favorite parts of the reception was the warm atmosphere, incredible food, and the clear love between Kathryn and Matthew and their families.
