The High line Hotel Wedding Video: Arielle and Eric’s Classic NYC Celebration

We’re thrilled to share this cinematic wedding video of Arielle and Eric’s unforgettable day at The High line Hotel in New York City. Captured by our talented videographer George and beautifully edited by Maksym, this film is a stunning example of high-end wedding videography done with both artistry and heart.

This October wedding took place on a crisp fall day, with golden light streaming through the trees of Chelsea and the soft warmth of the season reflected in every frame.

A Historic NYC Wedding Venue with Timeless Charm

It was our first time filming a wedding video at The High line Hotel, and we were immediately struck by its character and charm. A former seminary turned boutique hotel, the venue is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Manhattan—steeped in history, yet elegant and refined. With its Gothic architecture, ivy-covered brick walls, and stained-glass windows, it offers the perfect backdrop for a classic New York City wedding.

George arrived early to capture establishing shots of the historic exterior and the vibrant energy of Chelsea in autumn. From the moment Arielle slipped into her gown to the emotional ceremony in the Highline’s chapel-like space, each moment was captured with the kind of ease and elegance that only comes from years of experience behind the camera.

Cinematic Wedding Video, Perfect for a Chic NYC Celebration

One of the most breathtaking scenes in this video is the ceremony itself—lit naturally by the venue’s towering windows and framed by the hotel’s ornate woodwork, it felt straight out of a movie. George used multiple camera angles and expertly timed audio setup to ensure the vows and live music were captured with pristine clarity.

Because Arielle and Eric chose not to do a first look, all their portraits were scheduled during cocktail hour. George seamlessly navigated the busy timeline, capturing every laugh, hug, and champagne toast without missing a beat. From the reception room details to the sparkler exit, the day unfolded like a well-written script—one we were honored to turn into a visual story.

Songs That Set the Tone for a Stylish Wedding Film

The couple’s song selections brought a beautiful emotional tone to the final video. The highlight reel is set to “Latch” by Disclosure (featuring Sam Smith), which paired perfectly with their romantic and upbeat energy. Slower edits included the acoustic version of “Latch” and Andrea Bocelli’s stirring “Fall On Me,” while a high-energy reception edit featuring “Criminals” by Meghan Trainor captured the spirit of celebration.

This wedding video truly feels like a piece of art—one that balances emotional storytelling with rich visuals and thoughtful pacing. From the warm autumn light to the sparkler-lit goodbyes, it’s a perfect representation of what we aim to deliver: luxury wedding videography in New York City that is personal, intentional, and beautifully cinematic.
