Monteverde at Oldstone was the perfect setting for Puja and Glenn’s grand 225-person Indian wedding. With the Hudson River as a backdrop, the vast lush landscape provided an ideal setting for the tented reception. The day turned out beautifully with sun illuminating the scenic grounds and mountain views. Glenn rode in on a white horse, just like the prince Puja had imagined. He danced until Puja came out and they had a lovely Hindu ceremony, followed by a few words from their closest friends and family. They then enjoyed two hours of cocktails with signature drinks designed by Pamela Wiznitzer from Seamstress Bar in New York City, and a four hour reception full of dancing, dining and speeches. Puja and Glenn looked happy, relaxed and in love, enabling us to capture wonderful photographs that I am sure they will cherish for many years to come.
This was our team’s first encounter with this fantastic venue, and we’ve been lucky to come back years later. Click here to see a more recent wedding we did at Monteverde at Oldstone.
