Whether it’s quiet moments with family, champagne toasts with your wedding party, or capturing the final touches of your attire, we ensure this part of the day is beautifully documented without feeling staged.
• Portraits: We’ll discuss how we balance posed and candid shots, ensuring you look and feel your best. We’ll cover options like first looks, wedding party groupings, and must-have family portraits while making sure it all fits seamlessly into your timeline.
• Ceremony: Whether you’re having a classic church wedding, a modern rooftop celebration, or an intimate garden ceremony, we’ll go over how we unobtrusively capture the emotions, reactions, and all the little details—so you can stay in the moment.

This call is all about making sure we’re the right fit for you and giving you a clear idea of what to expect. Every wedding is unique, and we’ll make sure the photography and videography feel effortless, fun, and completely tailored to your style.

After the call

• Holding Your date: After your call with us, we do our best to hold your date with a photographer in your ideal budget. Although is this not guaranteed, we do our best to hold space for clients waiting to make their decision.
• The Nitty Gritty: We send over your proposal, contact, and invoice all in one go! Making it super easy to sign and move forward with the rest of your wedding planning.
• The Investment: We do have payment plans but most couples pay in 2 installments – the deposit is due upon signing, and the balance around 2 weeks before the wedding day.
• Your Custom Timeline: After your first payment, we’ll start working on your wedding day timeline with all of the information you have provided for us. Here are a few tips on how we do it!
• Wedding Day Guide: We have created a simple guide to send over before the big day with tips to make the most of your photos, reminders of what to bring on the big day, and how to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
